Keys of using Sanistar Water
Hypochlorous acid decomposes immediately upon contact with organic matter. Therefore, Sanistar water is not suitable for immersion sterilization. Must be used under running water such as in the shower. The fact that it is easily decomposable is a big advantage. In other words, there is no concern that hypochlorous acid will remain in food, so it can be used for tap water at any stage of production.

Sanitising Food Ingredients
When you use Sanistar water for sterilizing foods, the most important thing is the applying method.
It normally doesn't work well if you just replace current sanitizer to Sanistar water because hypochlorous acid is decomposed immediately once it contacts organic substance.
Therefore, If you use Sanistar water with soaking method, it would not be effective. And bacteria that on shell-fish or meet surface is covered by its protein. In order for Sanistar water to reach to bacteria, physical force such as water pressure from a shower or hand rubbing is essential. You might feel it looks like quite troublesome compare to current method, actually it contributes reducing production steps, water usage and time saving.
The disinfection moments are usually limited at the end of the operation. Sanistar Water is effective to eliminate the time for bacterial proliferation and maintain hygienic environment by being used as rinsing water at each process.
Hand Washing
Just replace tap water to Sanistar water for washing and rinsing.
